Ross little - chairman

The late Ross Little served as Chairman of The Board of Second Genesis from 2016 into 2025. He graduated from Duke University magna cum laude with an A.B. degree in Economics in 1979 and from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance in 1983. Up to his passing, he managed his own investment advisory and financial consulting firm, advising private clients and non-profits.

Ross was an avid golfer and previously served on the USGA Sectional Affairs Committee as a Rules Official. He was also a cycling enthusiast and also completed the 1986 New York Marathon.

Ross also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Economics Department at The United States Naval Academy where he taught a course in financial analysis. He is a father of four grown children and lived in McLean, Virginia.
