Gina Destro is Director of Retail for RTR Pilates, a boutique chain of Pilates studios in the DC metro area. An experienced retail and customer experience manager with experience in both large and small settings, she has a passion for client relations, business development, and community outreach.

Gina earned her B.A. in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and has developed deep ties to the small business and cultural communities of the DC area.  She has worked with business improvement districts such as the Clarendon Alliance and Georgetown Business Improvement District to create “community marketing” events for local business owners.  Her current focus is on creating a pop-up boutique within one of the RTR Pilates studios, that allows small businesses to utilize existing brick-and-mortar space for creative brand marketing campaigns.  

Gina is eager to bring her skills and experience to the Advisory Board and to work creatively with Second Genesis, its partners, and supporters to implement its mission.
