Harvard Street staff escorted clients to the Verizon Center

In July, our Harvard St. clients certainly had a great learning experience!
A group of clients were given the opportunity to enjoy a Washington Mystics game at the Verizon Center.
Extra surprises included being featured on the scoreboard during the game, and receiving a t-shirt from the Verizon Center staff.
For sports fans, the game was exhilarating. The Mystics beat the Fevers by a two point lead.
As the Harvard Street group was escorted out at the end of the game, a vendor donated festive glow sticks, flashing light necklaces, rings, and bracelets.
The Second Genesis family hopes to continue to provide learning experiences where clients can have healthy, and unique, social experiences.
