Clinical Supervisor
Crownsville | Crownsville | FLSA Status: Exempt
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in health or human services and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Must have a professional MD certification or licensure to practice counseling with a supervisory certification.
Candidate will work closely with the therapists, the Program Director, and the Nurse Managers to monitor the quality of programming and the scope of social work/therapist practice. The clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical services for a partial patient caseload which includes discharge planning, crisis intervention, individual, group and family counseling. Candidates will also be responsible for supervising counselors and therapists with clinical documentation and everyday clinical supervision. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership and supervision to ensure quality patient care and programming.
