Provides assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and case management for clients with substance abuse disorders with the least complex problems as defined by standard treatment criteria.The ideal candidate will have experience treating chemically dependent/mentally challenged clients. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in a related profession and be licensed or certified as an alcohol and drug counselor by the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists; or licensed, certified, or permitted under the Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland to provide substance abuse treatment.
